See It Weld Before You Buy

I acknowledge that the requested demonstration involves live welding equipment producing heat, sparks, UV/IR radiation, fumes, and electrical current, and carries inherent risks including but not limited to burns, eye injury, fire, and equipment damage. I confirm that the demo location I have provided is safe, ventilated, free of flammable materials, and suitable for this activity, and I take full responsibility for the condition of that site. I voluntarily assume all risk of injury or property damage arising from the demonstration and release Thorworx Industries Inc., its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or damages of any kind arising from or related to the demo, except to the extent caused by Thorworx's gross negligence or willful misconduct. I agree to indemnify and hold Thorworx harmless from any third-party claims arising out of my provision of the demo site. I understand that no purchase is required, that Thorworx makes no guarantee the equipment is fit for my specific application, and that a Thorworx representative may decline or stop a demonstration at their discretion if the site or conditions are deemed unsafe. I consent to Thorworx photographing or recording the demonstration for internal and marketing use unless I opt out below.
