Warranty & Returns
Thorworx Warranty Policy
Effective for all products purchased from Thorworx Industries Inc.
1. Manufacturer Warranty
Thorworx Industries Inc. warrants that each new welding machine sold shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of invoice. This warranty covers the welding machine unit and its included standard components under normal use and service conditions.
During the warranty period, Thorworx Industries Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product or component that is found to be defective. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, and any replaced parts become the property of Thorworx Industries Inc.
2. Technical Support
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, all Thorworx machines include three (3) years of technical support from the date of invoice. Our Canadian-based support team is available by phone and email to assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance.
3. Return Policy
Thorworx Industries Inc. offers a thirty (30) day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in unused or like-new condition, with all included accessories and documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Returns made more than thirty (30) days after delivery are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, deducted from the refund. These returns must still meet the condition requirements above.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product and confirming its condition.
4. Your Warranty Card
Thorworx registers your machine and sends you your warranty card (Warranty Certificate) with a unique serial number. Keep it in your files.
Your warranty begins on the date of invoice. To make a claim, you must have both the Warranty Certificate and the original invoice. Warranty claims made without both documents may not be honoured. If you haven't received your warranty card, contact us at sales@thorworx.ca or +1 (647) 922-7876.
