ARC-200Professional Dual-Voltage 200A Stick & Lift TIG Welder

The THORWORX ARC-200 is a professional-grade, Dual-Voltage Stick and Lift TIG inverter welder built for power, reliability, and all-day use. Engineered with Fairchild IGBTs from ON Semiconductor and dual 105°C industrial capacitors, the ARC-200 delivers a stable, consistent arc at full rated output whether you are on 110V or 220V. Compact enough for a job site, capable enough for structural steel, repair, farm, ranch, fencing, and light fabrication work.

Hot Start, Arc Force, and Anti-Stick give you professional-level stick control in every run. The ARC-200 is "Forged for Power, Built to Last."

Key Features and Benefits

• 200A Stick and Lift TIG: Handles common rods including 6011, 6013, and 7018 up to 5.0mm. Dual-Voltage (110V/220V) input operates in any shop or on any job site. Rated 60% duty cycle at 200A per IEC 60974-1. Recommended 35A breaker on 110V, 25A on 220V.
• Professional Stick Control: Hot Start delivers instant ignition for clean strikes on cold or rusty metal. Arc Force keeps the arc stable through dips and pulls so deep penetration runs do not stick. Anti-Stick releases the rod automatically if it touches the workpiece, protecting the electrode and your work. Cleaner welds with less rework, every job.
• Upgraded Internals: Fairchild IGBTs from ON Semiconductor, dual 105°C capacitors, and oversized aluminum heat sinks engineered for sustained heavy-duty shop use. Built-in protections cover over-current, over-voltage, over-load, and overheating, with automatic voltage fluctuation compensation and VRD for added operator safety.
• Heavy Gauge. Heavy Duty: 25mm² full copper welding cables minimize resistance and maximize current delivery. 400A copper-and-brass ground clamp with grooved jaw for unshakeable conductivity. 300A copper electrode holder grips firmly for solid contact and quick rod changes. 35-50 Dinse twist-lock connectors for fast, secure cable swaps. Every component sized above rated capacity for long service life.
• Enhanced Thermal Management: Oversized aluminum heat sink cooling and fan-cooled thermal protection keep the machine running through sustained heavy-duty use without throttling output.
• cETL Listed: Certified to Canadian electrical safety standards per IEC 60974-1, with a rated 60% duty cycle at 200A.
• Canadian Brand. Canadian Support: Thorworx Industries is based in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We specified every component inside this machine and stand behind it with a 2-year warranty and 3 years of after-sale support from your purchase date. Real people, based in Canada, who answer the phone and respond within 24 hours.
